I have a Vega 64 that's a reference styled blower card that sounds like it's turning into a jet engine whenever I play games that push it. I was thinking of modifying it and taking the shrouding off of the heatsink fins and just zip tying Noctua fans to it (I don't care too much if it's ugly) Does anyone have any experience with modifying blower cards or any AIO or Fan solutions to keep temps and noise down? Any ideas or solutions that don't require $300 or more for liquid cooling? Thank you!
