Hi I a flash with the bios I need for my mobo (z390 aorus master) unzipped and plugged in but my mobo reads that the system can update when I q flash but their is no selection when I click on it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I can run bios and save system settings but windows for god sakes windows keeps crashing during the installing process I can get as far as see 64 bit 32 bit and running a memory diagnostics, whenever I choose 64 bit, 10 seconds later it freezes. My bios version is currently at F7 I only have a samsung m.2 970evo plugged into my mobo and an running my display off of a i9 9900k.

Hi I just built my system yesterday and it runs BIOS but my windows installation keeps crashing as when ever I turn it on my pc it restarts 3/5 times then finaly holds power I've checked all my power cables and reinstall all of them to see if I hadn't fully connected them. The only two things I could think are wrong is the psu is not preforming as advertised or my outlets cant handle the power need to start the system properly. Here is my build.
