    Lately I have been seeing tech youtubers saying right now isn't a great time to build a pc. you should check out some of those videos because I honestly don't know why buy maybe they can tell you

    what I mean by a little unstable is sometimes I come across product reviews saying that some people's pcs crash with the older boards

    the b450 is a different chipset than b550. with an older board like the b450, you would need a bios update and even then, your system would be a little unstable. you should use b550. With your cpu though, I would recommend x570 but it is really your preference just stay in the 500 series mobos.

    So... that is a big price for a pc and there is a bottleneck in the RTX 2080 and the i7. If I were you, I would change the 2080 to a 2070 instead and I would recommend a 750 watt power supply. For the liquid cooler, I would recommend a Kraken X53 instead of the X62. You may want to change the ram with 16gb because that is all you need for gaming.

    Usually when the FPS drops due to unplugging the laptop, it means it is on eco mode or power saving mode in which you would go to the settings to disable.

    The fact that a pc can run fortnite can be either the CPU, RAM, or graphics card. The cpu is fine for fortnite but I don’t know what your ram and graphics card are.
