  1. Oh sorry. Well that's still too much. You can buy that for 1 USD.
  2. I believe we don't even have canned dip. But paying 30 bucks for some dressing it's way too much. I'm with you on that one. Ok, I feel you. But how much does the tech cost over there? I mean, I'm not trying to compare countries in a general way. I'm just talking about how much does hardware cost relative to your income. I don't really smoke but we are around $2 USD for the pack of 20 cigarettes. The prices we are paying for tech in Argentina are all inflated by the taxes. Currently we have a 50% tax on technology, and because of some policies protective of the local industry, you can't buy the cheap tech in Amazon. You have to go to the Post to get whatever you bought, and when you do, they apply the 50% tax on you. As you must be aware since your living here, we have exactly the same problem. 50% tax, and retained in the post.
  3. Hi, My name is Dante. I was born and raised in Argentina and I'm 26 years old. I just wanted to post a little thread about how hard it is for "non first world" people to build their dream PC, at a reasonable price. Let me give you a small example. You'll see my setup (of which I'm very proud of) attached, and how much I invested in building it. For comparison, minimum wage here in Argentina is 620 USD more or less (as of January 2016). Of course I didn't pay for them in US dollars, but they were converted from ARS (Argentine Peso) with the dollar quote at the moment of purchase. As you'll see, that's not a terribly powerful PC. It could even fall in the category of budget build. I've seen lots of people on the internet building setups very much like my own, but not spending more that 5 or 6 hundred USD. I don't even want to think what my setup could be if I lived at another country and spent the same amount of money. I don't want to make the thread too long. But I do want to hear your stories. Perhaps you could share your builds like I did, and tell the world how much harder you had to work to have what you have. Cheers!
  4. I've always loved Sony, and how stillish all of their phones are. This one in particular is outstandingly beautiful, and I want it. I hope dbrand keeps sponsoring your videos guys.
