Today I did a fresh install of Windows , and I noticed that there is an issue with the RGBs on my NZXT Kraken x52: for some reason I'm not able to change the lighting of the ring around the NZXT logo and it just stays on a static white. The weird thing is that I have no problem doing any other action in NZXT Cam, like changing the lighting of the logo itself or changing the fans and pump speeds. Since I have the computer on my left side, I can't see the inside the whole time, so I don't exactly know when this started happening. I already tried reinstalling the program and restarting the machine multiple times, but to no avail. I've never seen anyone talk about a problem like this, so I couldn't find any information. Does anybody have any idea why this is happening?
By the way, I'm using Windows 10 1909 with the latest cumulative update installed, and the other RGB control programs that I use are Corsair iCUE and Razer Synapse, but they never caused any conflict before
UPDATE: After a while I lost control over the logo as well, and I also discovered that if I shut down the computer and unplug it from the power, everything seems to work and it loads the preset that I configured, but as soon as I try to change one of the settings the colors just start to flash like crazy until they just freeze and I completely lose control over them until I power cycle the system again. I checked the connections on the motherboard and pump and everything seems to be fine. I don't know, I'll probably just try to reinstall Windows again to see if it's a software issue or not
