    I would get several 2tb drives instead of one 4tb one to save money

    As a video editor and photographer using Adobe programs, I would recommend buying the higher priced Sabrent SSD as I assume you would be using that drive to store your raw video/photos that you are editing from. Aside from being faster, the Sabrent drive I linked is TLC rather than the QLC one you had in your build list. You can probably save a buck by buying a PCIe Gen 3 drive for your boot without much noticeable performance loss. Depending upon the resolution of the files you are editing and seems to be within your budget, then I would recommend 64GB of RAM (I put it in 3600MHz which is slightly faster). I've a 3070, but I think a 3080 would be better if you are editing higher resolution/raw video since it has more VRAM. I didn't put a recommendation on the GPU, but you'll probably want a higher wattage one if you are going for a 3080. Or just want one for a future upgrade (as the PSU will probably out last all your other parts).

    For the case, you might consider the Corsair 5000D which has an extra USB port on the front. Or perhaps a Phanteks P500A/P600s (also has more 3.5" hard drive space if you plan on having hard drives for your past projects).

    longterm upgrade would have to be a 3090, the performance is so close between the 3070ti and 3080 they may as well be the same card.

    future upgrades will depend on what you are planning to upgrade,
    the motherboard and z690 chipset has;
    1x PCIe 5.0 x16, 1x PCIe 4.0 x16, 1x PCIe 3.0 x16, 1x PCIe 3.0 x1 so if gen5 cards come out the board is already supporting them
    2x gen4 NVME slots (taken by the 2 drives from the build) and a gen3 NVME slot

    the only "restriction" is 4 DDR4 slots (2 taken by the 2x32GB ram kit) so you'll be limited to DDR4 instead of DDR5 unless you swap motherboards. It's not worth it yet due to DDR5 prices but since 12th gen works on both, you could swap motherboard and ram and keep all the other parts in the system

    realistically, the max upgrades you could do would be a 12900KS, 3090ti (or 4000 series GPU) and some more DDR4 ram to max out the 128GB chipset limitation.

    for the build, i would suggest a Zen 2 chip (and mobo), and a rtx 2070 super instead of the 2080
    otherwise, i think the build looks fine

    For how to capture and edit audio, I would recommend you pick up a Focusrite Scarlett Solo/2i2 and use a good XLR mic like an Audio-Technica AT2020. Recording and Editing can easily be done in Audacity, a free and good piece of software.
