  1. So you say that the bios version could be the reason because I enabled XMP so the freq would be at 3200 mhz because with it auto would be 2000mhz
  2. Some heatsinks are even worse than no heatsink because they are not properly shaped for cooling. U can use EaseUs for transfering os i think.
  3. Only the cpu and don't know if I did it good or not. The problem is more the ram. There are a lot of settings and the sys fails when i try to go higher then the base frequency.
  4. :)))) yeah... :)) that was some misleading info. I do have a gpu. But its from stone age. And I already tried oc on my sistem that is assembled. I got my cpu at 4,2 ghz w 1,35v but the rams are other story. So you can consider that I have a working bench
  5. I just got some components for my build.. referring that i don have a gpu and case yet. Anyway I have a Ryzen 5 2600x and some Corsair Vengeance 3200mhz 16cl with the asrock motherboard.
  6. So, yeah. I got the monitor plugged into a DVI (gpu) so now I see that the 3.5 jack is working whether I plug it into my motherboard or my phone. I think that having a monitor cable that transmit both video and audio like HDMI and DP blocks other audio sources like jack. Now I know my monitor isn't broken. And my monitor isn't but i think others might be streaming audio with only the jack plugged in, because in my case it needs a output of video so that jack would work.
  7. Fortunately audio out works. And I don't have an option on gui to select the audio source, just to select between hdmi, dvi and dp.
  8. Done that, didn't work. And if you're talking of a GUI in my monitor for audio I don't have that. I can set only the volume :'
  9. I'm talking of the line in jack not the out jack. I have two jacks, one in and one out, it's not just one.
  10. Hello, I have a Acer Gaming XF240YUbmiidprzx 23.8 inch 2K monitor and I was wondering why I can't stream audio from my laptop to it, nor from my phone. I had plugged a hdmi cable for video but I wanted the sound to come through the 3.5 jack not hdmi. I also tried with my phone while the laptop hdmi was plugged and didn't worked. I tried both with the monitor disabled from "Playback Devices" on windows. I saw on internet that you need a not audio input cable like Vga or Dvi paired with the jack, but i don't have one of these. Why doesn't happen anything?
