I would like to upgrade from a gtx 1070 to a rtx 2070 but, if my psu can handle a 2080 than ill just go with that. If i need a psu ugrade, then which should i get? Any feedback is appreciated!

BSOD for the pst couple days :(

So I’ve been getting blue screens the past couple of days and idk what else to do, I’ve tried different solutions I’ve seen online and so far nothing. I ended up reinstalling windows twice, once keeping files and the second time i did a clean install, and it has still been happening. The BSOD stop code is "system_thread_exception_not_handled". I figured reinstalling windows would fix the issue...could it be my gpu? EDIT:::: blue screened again, so far i think its only crashed while playing a game, it crashed on destiny 2, and old school runescape....so im assuming its my GPU, the driver is updated to the most recent, so i guess my GPU is mesed up?System specsi7-6700k msi gtx 1070msi z170A Krait gaming 3xcorsair 16gb ram
