  1. Does anyone know how I could make a Javascript bookmarklet that could search the link in the URL box in Google Image's search by URL feature. Basically a bookmarklet that could place the URL behind: https://www.google.com/searchbyimage?image_url= Expected Input/Output Input: https://www.google.com/images/branding/googlelogo/1x/googlelogo_color_272x92dp.png Output: *Takes You To* https://www.google.com/searchbyimage?image_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Fimages%2Fbranding%2Fgooglelogo%2F1x%2Fgooglelogo_color_272x92dp.png
  2. What is the little screen that shows the POST codes called? I heard someone call it a BIOS information screen but I want to make sure. Also, do all motherboards have this?
  3. This is very hard to explain. How do I make a form that adds to a link? For example: When I enter "test" into the form, it takes you to www.example.com/item/test Another example: When I enter "hello" it takes me to www.dictionary.com/words?=hello Is this possible? And if it is how do I do it? I want to integrate this into my site.
  4. Ok I see but I want to know if I am dealing with Pentiums, Core i9s, or zeons.
  5. https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16824260623 This might be nice. https://www.newegg.com/p/0JC-0004-00551 This also might be a good option
  6. I have the Alienware 25 so I can personally recommend that but I am wondering. Are you looking to do games or professional work (Like design, photo editing, graphics)
  7. This might be a good option. If you are considering buying a new mouse, now might not be a bad time for one, to be honest.
  8. I want to host my own web server (on linux) What kind of hardware do I need to make a web server? I am fine building a normal desktop but I have never strayed into server territory.
  9. Right you are. I forgot about interpolation. So yeah, it would be considerably worse.
  10. This is indeed a rather interesting issue you are having Try deleteing and reinstalling Razer Synapse. Also, is it possible its a manufacturing defect?
  11. Assuming it is coming from the same source, it would look the same. BUT, things like the quality of the display, the size and other factors may make it better or worse.
  12. So no GAMING things for you? Also, do you prefer Intel or AMD for CPU (or do you not care) and do you just plan to do gaming only. Do you plan to stream, make youtube videos or something like that?
  13. Just out of pure interest, which boards are you referring to. I do not know of any motherboards with a energy consumption measurer.
  14. Yeah, that might be a good idea. I wanted to be able to help but perhaps contacting Asrock might help.
  15. Also, if you have a "smart" power supply, like the NZXT’s E Series, or Corsair’s HXi they could tell you the watts it pulls. I have also heard of the Joulemeter by Microsoft. Might be worth a look
  16. It would provide a very rough estimate probably. The most accurate way would be to use a electricity usage monitior (search it up) and measure the watts it is taking from the wall. My personal recommendation for a electrical usage monitor is the p3 kill-a-watt
  17. I am sorry. I thought the sound mixer could possible identify which process is producing that sound. That's my bad. I should have thought about that. Have you tried using Event Viewer (Right click the windows logo) to see what is the problem? After the freeze
  18. Then it is probably a software issue. Try this: https://www.itechtics.com/identify-programs-making-sound-windows/ I have not personally done it but it might help.
  19. Hopefully because you are on LinusTechTips forum, you watched his video about the AE-5 right?
  20. I believe my friend has one. I haven’t t heard him say about any problems. I will text him and let you know.
  21. After you check the Bios, try swapping out the cables for the display if you can. Sometimes these things are caused by the simplest things. (I know from experience.)
  22. Was that sound coming from the system (like the components) or the speakers of the pc? If the sound was coming from the system itself, it may be a hardware issue but if it was coming from the speakers, it could (and probably is) a software or driver issue. I am kind of ruling out heat, if it is freezing in non-intensive work.
  23. Ok. I know you might have already done this but make sure your display cables and the power cables for the display are connected properly. Also, can you use your monitors menu? (I don't know the proper word for it. The thing you use to control brightness and stuff)
