Hello, I've written <Link Removed> about password generation, storing (hashing+salting) and hacking techniques. It's first of (hopefully) many upcoming publications on cyber security issues, decided to start with passwords because 05.02 was world password day and IMHO weak passwords are still all over the internet. The intent was to describe the process of password storing/hacking as clearly as possible but to remain technical while at it. Maybe it will be useful to some of you, or maybe you have some critique? I'm not a certified cyber security expert but have been researching it for a few years already, if there is anything I got wrong, or should add, anything that comes to your mind, I would appreciate such feedback very much!

I think it's only for purchases if you try to get a lower price by changing the region. I logged to steam from various VPN servers/countries lots of times and no problems at all, but always turn it off before buying anything. Here's a discussion on the same issue.
