  1. enable pbo set it to manual then add a 200mhz boost now it should boost to 4.7 and not get hot BUT lookin at your frequencies you have slightly damaged the cpu it should boost to 4.6 not 4.55 amd would not let it out the factory at less than 4.6 as they advertise 4.6 also i have patriot vipers 4000mhz dims they to are b-dies i run at 3866mhz at cl16 1.4v stable anything to 1.5 is fine far more people run at 1.5 and no isses than them that do also make sure you aio pump runs full speed constantly
  2. not entirely true mineral oil has petrolium in that would eat away at the rubber over time and alot of beard and hair oils if bought cheaply is mineral oil
  3. this isnt meant to cause any offence to anyone specially linus but he seems a bit manic latley the high spending, the bouncing off the walls, the glassy eyes all indicate a manic episode im going through the same before anyone jumps in this is why i spot the signs
  4. it wants a fan in the rear as intake and fan on front as intake i have tweaked and modded so many cases like that i used to drill holes in the side and cut a circle out to mount a side fan but thats a bit brutal considering pc cases are like 30 bucks and much better than that lol
  5. im sorry to break it like that bro i really wish hp, dell, lenovo and a few others would just use the NORMAL standard
  6. why are you fixating on cfm? by that logic your gonna end up buying a 3000 rpm fan cos its got high cfm its a psu fan not a case fan theres only so much air can pass through it plus higher the cfm the louder the fan usually
  7. if i remember windows 11 does not like being woke up or takes a fit if your hard drives/sdd's go to sleep try just closing the laptop to turn the screen off and google how to disable sleep in windows 11 and do it
  8. my advice would be trade it for something like a amd 2400g system then buy a rx 590 but only if its a non hp one you want a custom pc not oem
  9. theres room for another fan on the front have 2 intake non exhaust that case would benifit from positive pressure
  10. you cant they use weird standards to be frank the pc is garbage for upgrades to replace the psu you have to replace the case if you replace the case you have to replace the mobo
  11. did somebody say noctua https://www.newegg.com/global/uk-en/noctua-nf-a4x10-case-fan/p/N82E16835608033
  12. platnium psu not worth the upgrade stick with the gold and use the money else where the only difference is the 1-3% power loss due to efficiency its not a more solid psu its just in terms most on here wil get its a better binned part. Would you buy a new mustang the same spec as the one you own same everything color spec year mileage and so on the only differnce is yours gets 12 to the gallon and the new one gets 13 to the gallon
  13. sounds like you over did it on the torque try slightly loosening your cpu cooler
  14. if you bought it in america im sorry to say the rx 550 is the most you can hope for as they only use 180 or 310 watt psu's if your in 220v country its 250 watts the max card i would use would be a gtx 1650 its only 75 watt!
  15. unfortunately the rm850x has a nasty habit of exploding was one of the worse psu's corsair ever released i had 2 in less than 2 years while using amd 1600x and gtx1060 when i opened the last one up one of the caps had blown i used to have a picture of it i was impressed how much damage i did not even using 400watt load on the entire psu
