Hello, one and all!
i got NFS Heat a while back, stopped playing it since the fucking graphics made me lose inspiration to do so. I have every single setting on max, everything ultra, all it does is make it look shit but run bad fps. when i switch to everything low, it looks exactly the same, but better fps. I have a RTX 2080 SUPER, Intel i7, and 16gb ram. i have tried going into the nvidia control panel and changing some settings there, but nothing of it. any ideas?
