If I good remember the original video had instructions show how to make EFI boot directly into the VM has this been cut out ? Where can I find some information about it ?

Hi, I purchased an untested Asus WS C621E SAGE. I've tested CPU in 1st slot with 6 RAM slots from the right to left and everything seems to be fine. With CPU in 1st slot the other 6 RAM slots don't work and motherboard beeps ( I understand this is expected as these slots are for 2nd CPU socket ? ) I only have single GPU and I found that it only works in third PCI-E slot. I am assuming this is also expected behaviour ? I only have single CPU so when I place it in 2nd CPU socket then motherboard doesn't turn on and there is no post codes ( same happens if I have no CPU at all ) Could you please advise if are is expected behaviours ? I am assuming that I cannot use 2nd CPU socket only without having CPU 1 in place. I am also assuming that if I have single GPU then it will only work in 3rd PCI-E slot.
