Not relevant but, are you putting aesthetics over preformance in this system or what's happening? for a 500eur system, a 240mm AIO and Z390 motherboard just to put an 8400 in is simply not worth it.

Zorin OS Lite is great for reviving old laptops and PCs. Found some random laptop with a core 2 duo and 3gb of ram in the house, upgraded to the cheapest 120gb SSD i could get and switched to Zorin, works like new now

the Ryzen stock coolers are surprising good for such a small cooler, it can handle it at stock speed and i even got my 3600 overclocked +100mhz but thats a 6c/12t 65w chip, i wouldnt overclock the 3700x on it, if you dont have the money for a good cooler then its a great option

I just got GTA V on my Predator Helios 300 PH317-53 and how ever i put the settings I keep getting 40fps as if its capped, i am getting capped on every game idk why to either 40 or 60fps even tho ive got a 144hzand hardware to hit it.

oh sorry, id say you set the two fans in your aio up as intake at the front of the case and have one exhaust at the back, if you want to go all out then add an exhaust at the top if your case allows it.
