I am going to try and keep this short and brief. No promises.
I have had my PC for almost a year. In the past two months I have begun experiencing audio and sometimes video stuttering when I am connected to ANY bluetooth device, and ONLY bluetooth devices. This has led to me upgrading my RAM, Motherboard and Bluetooth/WiFi adapter. I have updated, deleted and reinstalled ALL drivers and even reinstalled Windows 10 to no avail. I have contacted Cyber Power PC as well as Intel multiple times and nobody can tell me what the issue is.These devices connected to my PC have produced the same stuttering Sony WHCH700N bluetooth headset, Apple Air pods and a Harmon/Kardon bluetooth bubble speaker. When I connect any of these devices to my phone I get ZERO stuttering. I also get no stuttering when connected via hard wired speakers or a wired headset. The source of the audio does not matter either. I can be watching Netflix, YouTube, or a video from my hard drive with no internet and will get the same results respectively. The stuttering is random. It will occur once an hour or multiple times an hour. Sometimes it's just the audio and others it gets so bad that the video stutters as well. I have tried everything I can think of and so I am turning to you. Any ideas would be appreciated.
