  1. hi, i've been experiencing an issue with my ASUS GL504G, where i can't seem to enable the GTX 1060, taking me to have bad perf on games (such as 45fps on CS:GO) any idea Thanks
  2. happened to me... my SSD was faulty... it was recognised, i could read from it but couldn't write anything... try with an usb enclosure and you'll know
  3. sounds like a common corrupted windows issue... i would suggest to get an Hiren's boot ISO on a DVD or USB and try to boot on this... if it works, go into the live XP or 10 and simply save your data, after that you'll need to make a bootable Windows install media (you will find a ton of tutorial on youtube, but you can ask how here if you want ) to make a fresh install. if it doesn't, we'll need to search deeper Good luck and keep me in touch PS: I always recommand a fresh windows install rather than a repair, seems more safe to me...
  4. maybe, maybe not... is there a way that the I5-4690k uses the T38 pin and the i5-4670k and pentium G3220 doesn't?
  5. Yes, The T38 one, assigned to VSS, witch is ground if i remember correctly... he's not totally bent, but more like he's missing the tip
  6. Hi, I've recently encountered an issue with my setup: Working Setup: I5-4670k Asus Maximus VI Hero 2x4Go Gskill Ripjaw 2x4Go Corsair Vengeance nVidia GTX 980Ti I've recently changed for an I5-4690K, but when i did my MB didn't POST, with Q-code 00 and a CPU fan speed relatively low... I've first thinked that my CPU was brocken, so I tried it on 3 other MB, always with succes. I then though that was my MB fault, so I tried it with 2 CPU, my i5-4670kand a G3220... still working! I already had checked the compatibility of both, and made the bios update requiered. I've cleared the CMOS many times too. I'm now asking for one simple question... My CPU is good My MB is good Both are compatible So why, why can't they POST??? Waiting here for a savior to help me (and already sorry for my far from perfect english ) Steven
