This is my solution to cooling my laptop when I render videos... Hovering between 75 and 95 Celsius. Before you say that I shouldn't be using a sub-par notebook to render and encode 1+ hours of HD video, I know. It's the only 64bit computer in my house and my desktop is early vista days with a graphics car with no driver support in windows 8. Complete with The Princess Bride in the background. I've been leaning towards bushes management recently. I currently work in a thrift shop part time. But there's a radio shack within biking distance of my house that I had thought of applying at before and talked to one of the employees about working there, but I was not yet eighteen to I couldn't apply, and I know the CFO o the organization that runs the thrift shop so I had an in and took it. For management I had a slight resume advantage of being an Eagle Scout. I have thought about starting as a sales associate at a computer store and working up to a management level.

Hello! I'm a senior in high school and I want to get into the computer industry. However, I'm not really cut out for the mathematics and exact science subjects inherent in computer engineering and science. (I have a mild form of disgraphia that makes me transpose numbers and letters without noticing. I can do some light coding and system and network configuration. When I'm no feeling rushed I do really well an my disgraphia doesn't wffect me as much. I also enjoy graphics design as 3D art) I love tinkering and learning about the latest technologies and how they work and performance comparisons. I understand that Linus himself is not a computer engineer, but was a wharhouse manager who turned his passion for computers into this current company. I would really like some suggestions on what education and careers could get me into the industry without being a full time engineer or scientist. Any help would be greatly appriciated. I have been really struggling with this the last few months and I know this forum is a great place for computer enthusiasts. Thanks in advance!

I use my uncles old iPhone 3G. Not everyone can afford to upgrade because a newer cell phone isn't a necessity like food is. Hopefully upgrading in the next month tho haha

For the past few years the number of apps compatible with older iOS versions shrunk tremendously. However, when Apple released iOS 7, they added a long awaited feature to the app store. No longer do we who have been stuck with the original iPhone and iPhone 3G have to Jailbreak our phones and scour the internet for older versions of .ipa files. Using sketchy third party programs to install them. Now, when we the unfortunate few go into the App Store to download an app, we are presented with this badge Which then allows us to download a working, albeit slow version of the app.

SteepGnomeKing I think you've got a good point with the consol. I wouldn't be able to do much upgrading on a build with this budget anyays. Besides, then I can play with my plethora of friends that have 360's. Thanks for the input guys and sorry if I waste your time.

I'm in highschool and i'm just looking to be able to play newer games. I don't really care about having 1080p, my current rig is ancient, it can't even play Battlefield 1 on the lowest settings so I just want something cheap that I can at least play them on.
