    okay, i will increase it to 1,3v later. Still at office.

    both are used, but smallFFT doesnt stress the memory like blend does so it's better for stress testing the CPU core with XMP enabled, just in case memory is the one crashing

    If you're getting good temps and a high frequency, chances are the OC is stable. It really looks like you don't have to change anything, the voltage is not what you set but it's working and that seems pretty great. Are you getting a performance increase?

    As jon stated, its an electro mechanical switch. 
     
    Or usually called "Relay".
