  1. Hey guys I am trying to find the best phone on amazon for $120 or under, can be few generation ago smartphone or anything else, just something with prime shipping. This is meant to be a temporary phone but I don't want a complete piece of garbage.
  2. Can someone tell me if there are VRM differences between these two motherboards? I believed I have heard buildzoid said Asus Rog strix x370 was a 6+2 power phase, would like to know what the x470 is. Someone in a x470 motherboard review said the motherboard didn't have a VRM sensor which is hard to believe because the x370 has one
  3. I recently watched a video on ethernet cables, and they were talking about category 7 and category 8 cables, going up to 10bgps and 40gbps. My question is how far can we go in terms of speed for ethernet cables? Can we reach 100gbps? Can we do 400gbps we a fat cable combining multiple lines into one? Can we use another type of wiring material for more speed? Can we create a new type of cat cable that has more wiring inside, kind of like usb 3.1 gen2?

    ZOROG project

    This pc must cost 50,000$
  5. The option is in iCUE Quiet (1100 rpm), Balanced (2160 rpm), Extreme (~2900 rpm) Just want to make sure we are talking about the same thing. (Water Pump speed)
  6. Also I read somewhere that by default the pump speed is on like efficiency mode or something and spinning slowly. Someone said that got a 20 degree decrease after switching the pump speed to normal mode. You should definitely download the software and check!
  7. Maybe you should consider replacing the thermal paste with a high quality aftermarket one.? Is it hot where you live?

    1440p gaming set up

Instead of getting that corsair cooler, what about getting the ryzen 7 2700 (also comes with a cooler) Can anyone give their input on this idea?
  9. For a cooler as good as the H150i and for a cpu with only 4 cores and 4 threads the prime 95 numbers seem high, the cooler should be able to easily maintain your cpu with good temps. People are cooling 8 core 8 threads and 8 cores 16 thread cpus just fine under load with this cooler so I don't know why your temps are so high. Are you 100% sure you screwed In the cooler on the cpu correctly and it is making contact?

As nice as the Aorus cooler looks, its not a very good cooler in functionality. I assume you want something that looks good as well so I will show you what I found. Msi cooler: https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Cooler-Silver-Core-Frozr/dp/B01MFB358A/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?keywords=Msi+cpu+cooler&qid=1553687327&s=gateway&sr=8-3 Cryorig cooler: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0154AXB4C/ref=cm_cr_arp_mb_bdcrb_top?ie=UTF8 Should fit in visually to almost any system Be Quiet dark rock 4: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07BYP9S95/ref=cm_cr_arp_mb_bdcrb_top?ie=UTF8 Very good cooler this one, you can even overclock a i7 9700k with this one, it is more priced than the other 2.

For me it makes more sense to go with a cheaper air cooler for now and use that money to buy a better cpu, or GPU, especially since you can easily upgrade the cooler to a water cooler in the future. Also especially since that motherboard is a strong one, so it should handle a stronger cpu really with well. Of course it is your choice, if you really want a watercooler for your cpu then no one can stop you from your choice, I would definetly overclock the i5 9600k if you go with the watercooler because then it makes more sense, performance for your money.

Apparently in multi core performance they are equal but in single core the 9700k is about 5% faster. I don't know which one is more future proof, 6 cores 12 threads or 8 cores 8 threads, I know I've seen people saying that the i7 9700k is a really good gaming cpu so I don't think you will be disappointed if you chose it. https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-9700K-vs-Intel-Core-i7-8700K/4030vs3937

I have a question about your cpu r7 1700, are you overclocking on the stock cooler, and if so, what are the temps like? And what voltage are you running? My apologies for posting this on the thread, should have PMed, don't know how to delete the reply.

The i7 8700 is a interesting option, it is quite a bit more future proof than the i5 9600k? Because more games are starting to use more threats now. Also a question I had, is that motherboard good enough and will it be stable?
  15. Can I use 50% isopropyl alocohol on a mouse (I want to replace the Teflon feet and need to clean the residue) if any of that alcohol gets inside the mouse will it damage the components because it's 50 percent water? Is 70% alocohol suited for plastic mouses and keyboards? Is 91% isopropyl alcohol going to damage a plastic mouse?
