Problem:
In a new build, whenever I try to install the graphics drivers, the system will shutdown. Sometimes it reboots normally, sometimes it tries to go into repair mode. The installation gets to about 25% before it shuts down, and I'm doing it through NVIDIA's installer. There's nothing else running whenever it happens.
OS: windows 10 v1903.
Specs:
3900x
NZXT Kraken X53
MSI MPG B550 Gaming Edge Wifi
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB

Asus GTX 1650 Super TUF Gaming (Hold over card until can get a 3080)
Corsair RM 750W 80+
BIOS: EC7C91AMS.130 (Newest non-beta)
What I've tried:
Confirming all the power supply cables are plugged in, and changing where I plugged the GPU into the PSU.
Updated BIOS.
Tried to install driver from windows device manager.
Restarted multiple times.
