  1. So instead of trying the tool I tried again with a fresh reinstall, and also putting the graphics card in the x8 slot. It worked, and when I move it to the x16 slot it fails to boot. I guess there's some kind of compatibility problems between the pcie4 slot and the graphics card, even though I've not seen it before. I've got another build with an x570 board and a 1080ti that is fine. But the performance for a 1650 Super in a x8 slot isn't really any different, so I'll leave it for now. Thanks for the help.
  2. Thanks for the response I'll try that, but will DDU do anything when I don't have any driver on there now? Windows device manager says that it cant detect any drivers for the GPU.
  3. Problem: In a new build, whenever I try to install the graphics drivers, the system will shutdown. Sometimes it reboots normally, sometimes it tries to go into repair mode. The installation gets to about 25% before it shuts down, and I'm doing it through NVIDIA's installer. There's nothing else running whenever it happens. OS: windows 10 v1903. Specs: 3900x NZXT Kraken X53 MSI MPG B550 Gaming Edge Wifi Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB Corsair MP600 Asus GTX 1650 Super TUF Gaming (Hold over card until can get a 3080) Corsair RM 750W 80+ BIOS: EC7C91AMS.130 (Newest non-beta) What I've tried: Confirming all the power supply cables are plugged in, and changing where I plugged the GPU into the PSU. Updated BIOS. Tried to install driver from windows device manager. Restarted multiple times.
