  1. I know in the future ddr4 will be irrelevant, but I want to build my PC now to play with all my friends who have migrated from console completely. I am building a PC that will beat one of my friends PC for bragging rights. Ram is not my specialty and LTT forums do not seem to have a Ram tier list like the motherboard VRM tier list or PSU tier list. I want 3600mhz speed and CL16 to beat his 3600 CL18. I know for now CL16 will net me a speed advantage, but I know I will have to tighten some timings in the future to maintain a lead or at least remain relevant when ddr5 comes out. I was wondering which kit you all recommend for performance today and performance when overclocked in the future. These are in no particular order (the numbers are for easy reference) and I do NOT care about exact pricing. 1. Crucial Ballistix Elite 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 16-18-18-38 Part # BLE2K8G4D36BEEAK 2. G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 16-19-19-39 Part # F4-3600C16D-16GVKC 3. Crucial Ballistix 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 16-18-18-38 Part # BL2K8G36C16U4B
  2. Watercool an air cooler by running water through the heat pipes. This would require a cooler where the heat pipes are not tapered and closed once they reach the CPU block. Something like this video...
