so i have a hp litebook 840g5, 8th gen i7, 16gb single channel ram, and its a high end laptop, you would expect it to cool well right? IT DOESNT recently when my laptop is plugged in and turboboosting it can rest at 90C sometimes, i opened it up, dusted it, thermal paste was gooey and fine, i put it back together expecting a change, and its STILL resting at high temps, it helped a teeny but but come on, when unplugged temps are meh not as bad but didnt hp think of stuff like this?
