chromebooks need to die tbh, there is plenty of low end windows laptops that you can get, so why a chromebook? WHY?? they cant play games, they cant download desktop apps, there UI is the most horrible thing iv seen, and iv used mac.

i own a chromebook and a windows laptop of similar performance class (celeron/atom) and i can say for sure that a chromebook is the better option.
on a Windows laptop of that spec if it starts updating or windows defender starts doing stuff it becomes unusable. even youtube won't play properly anymore then.
on my chromebook i have never had that issue. it feels faster in general too.
