Try pulling all power cable and all video cables for 30 sec then plug them back in ? This worked for me when I had a similar issue but I dint have an extension block so not too sure.

In rainbow I'm getting some stutters and 1 second freeze every now and then but it puts out 100-160 with frame drops to 30 Apex: 126 average Division2 :100 average

Cam from nzxt is that reliable ? I got the idea from Jay's two cents it was a decent way to keep track of PC vitals.

Im not sure what to do here while I play siege, Apex,division 2, and pubg my CPU will not go past 2010hz and can reach 80% CPU usage is this normal? Iv tried setting my power settings to high performance. In task manager it shows my CPU reaching 3.9 to 4.1 ghz. Am I being paranoid or is something not right? I'm new to PC gaming I just put my rig together mid February I just want to make sure I'm getting my moneys worth.

It doesn't its spiked as high as 90 and sat at 1997 a few times on seige

So I'm just noticing that while running apex and pubg with my CPU temp and ussage information up that it shows my frequency is 2021hz? Is this normal? If the stock speed for a 2600x is 3.6hz Wouldn't it show in game 3600hz? I use the Cam overlay from nzxt. Cpu: 2600x (non oc) STOCK COOLER MB:MSI X470 GAMING PRO CARBON RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE (3200)

So i have just downloaded the division 2 and in this game my cpu temp are reaching 85c at times. other games like apex or pubg iv gotten as high as 70-74c on my non Oc 2600x with a stock cooler.is this normal? do need to look into upgrading my cooler already?

No there was nothing being displayed but it's all good now. Had to just reset my monitor by pulling the plug for a few seconds and everything is all good now thanks!!!

Hello all after a gaming session last night I set my computer sleep mode noticed it needed an update and decided I'd do it this morning.wake up in the middle of the night notice my computer was lit up agian but there was No display. I thought nothing of it at the time went back to sleep woke up PC still on and no matter what I do (re installed the GPU, different cables, pulled the cmos battery.) I can't get it to display any thing. The monitor still works I hooked up an xbox to it just to make sure still nothing. MB: X470 GAMING PRO CARBON RAM DDR4 SET TO 3200 (its max rating) CORSAIR VENGEANCE Cpu: AMD 2600x (stock) GPU: 1080 from gigabyte (stock)

I was looking at the noctua only thing that stops me is that fan color but the performance is fantastic.

What's good up grade from a wraith spire cooler for a 2600x? I havnt oc my CPU yet but would like to later on, and adding some more rgb to my inside of my case would be a plus.

So my ram when I looked in bios was at 2133 by default and there was an option in the PC bios for "profile 2 3200" and I went ahead and selected this saved and booted up with no problems so far. My question is even though my ram is rated for this speed will it cause long term damage to my ram? Or is this just setting it to how it should be.

I mean while setting up at the at the start of the build I had to press pretty hard to get the cpu u cooler to reach the mounts could a damaged cpu hang up the entire process?

I dont see any lights at all on the mb above the 24 pin connector and iv tried the "clear cmos" button in the back got nothing happening
