So, I bought this card for $250 new from a guy who never used it, and I am getting ready to sell it for $475 and I am finishing up taming this beast of a card, and making my final videos with my results, and sharing to everyone how to unlock the true unlimited potential of this card, allowing near 2080 performance. But that is just a dream unless I somehow manage to flash this bios that I cannot seem to do, I downloaded the correct version of the liquid cooling bios and every time I try to open the ATIWINflash application is says, "NO ATI DEVICE FOUND" or something like that, basically stating that its not recognizing the card? Everything in hwmonitor, global wattman etc is fine. So I am confused, Before I installed this card I used DDU and uninstalled all previous cards, cleanly and efficiently.Can anyone please help me with this

What wattage is your power supply? I am a VEGA owner and I can tell you what to do but I need to know every detail. Just because you got a new PSU doesn't mean that is not the issue

So my new parts came in to finish off my 3rd build this month and I have trouble shooted and I don't know what else to do. The computer worked fine before I started moving the components into the new chassis. I was installed the incredibly difficult Dark Rock Pro 3, which was an absolute pain in the ass and I think I done something and damaged something that is tied with the ram slots. Only 1 is working. Tested ram in another computer and it worked fine, put ram from a working build into this build nothing, no boot, only B2 works, no others. Checked for bent pins, none, Reseated CPU and Ram multiple times, Nothing. Looked for damage, nothing, checked to see if my liquid metal I removed got on some of the components, but no nothing, IDK what to do, and I cannot afford another board as this one is only a month old!

I've already reinstalled windows. and it is still not working and it is recognizing the devices. but its showing a Yellow Caution on the XCHI Thingy I belive it is saying that it is stopped not started CODE 10

So my fiance's build which is an i5-7400 and a MSI B250 Gaming Pro Carbon motherboard is a decent build but all of a sudden the USB Ports on the back IO and front panel of case do not work, I have tried going to device manager and disabling and re-enabling, uninstalling them and restarting the computer to allow windows to re-install the drivers, I have checked for software updates, updated all chip set drivers, bios drivers etc. The only one that works is the USB SpeedCharge port next to the USB Type C Port on the back. So I have a USB Hub plugged in that I can then connect all the other devices into to have it somewhat functional. But I am out of ideas and I am about to just buy a new motherboard. I got a good deal on a intel i5-6600k and Z170 MSI Krait Motherboard for $150 so I am going to buy it regardless as I believe that will give a better gaming performance for her because I can do a higher base clock overclock on it, since the 7400 is not unlocked. But I need to fix this computer to sell it regardless, please guys give me some ideas or point me in the right direction!

I put the W3570 in it which was shown as compatible on thye manufacturer website due to it having a QPI of 1. I will just send it back to owner from eBay and get my $79 back.

So I got a Xeon to find out without a mod to my motherboard I couldn't use this cpu. So I ordered a guaranteed comparable CPU and this time it turns on and it trys to post, but it gives no beeps and gives me error code, C1 then F6 F3 25 and holds at 25, then after about 35 seconds to a minute it will show FF but no display. I reseated memory, cleared cmos, took out battery and replaced it, reseated CPU, some of the capacitors are bent, and dented badly, and I feel like that could be the issue. Any suggestions?

I had my GTX 1070 in it.

So I purchased an X58 EVGA Rev 1.0 Motherboard from Ebay and a X5670 CPU to go in it. Now its turning on and not giving me any error codes but it has no display. I saw on multiple sites that my Revision of the motherboard doesn't support the Westmere Architecture without modding. Can anyone help me with this or have previous experiance with it? If not from this list what Xeon or cpu should I get to replace the 6 core 12 thread but I really wanna get it working!

Ahh, true. But what I could do is not buy the vega spend the extra money on a 8700K and 16gb of ram, put my i5-7400 with my GTX 770 4gb and then put my 1070 8gb In with my 8700k

Really the 6 core 2600 would be better than the 1700x? the 2600 isn't the same as the 1600?

I do plan on getting a Zen 2 when they are released which is why I wanted to upgrade my intel build and get a OEM i5-8600K for $200, and wait on my ryzen build. Because $250 for the VEGA 64 I thought was a steal.

I already own a Z370 Pro Motherboard for 300series Intel CPU, I own 16GB of DDR4 3200mhz ram, A Ryzen X370 Aorus Mobo, A 750W PSU, 5/6 SSD/HDD, A 240mm Water Cooler, A full i5-7400 build which I am going to give my wife.

So I posted about building a new build with a 8600k for $200 but I found a VEGA 64 Air Boost for $250. It works great. So I got to budget if I buy that card, and $200 for that processor might be out of the question. If I did buy that vega card, I would have to deal with just 8GB of ram instead of 16gb. So Should I finish my ryzen build and just get a 1700x for $150, A ryzen 5 1600 for $100, Ryzen 5 2600 for $160 or i5-8600K still and just use 8GB OF RAM? Tell me what you think as well as your reasoning. Also if you have a VEGA 64 tell me if it is worth it!
