    Thanks It's not a pc part picker list. It is 3000 Mhz ram 16 GB dual channel. Asus Rog Strix B350-F motherboard

    Personally I think the 2nd one is better but either one is a great build.

    Don't buy a CPU cooler, it comes with one according to the website. Otherwise its a really good build. But she will need to upgrade if she uses it more heavily for things like video editing or gaming. Also maybe some faster RAM.
