Any best casings for cooling from cooler master, Corsair or Asus?

Budget: 150,000 PKR i.e 1200 $ Country: Pakistan Workload: For gaming and video editing and office work Other Details: Current CPU Core i3 3rd Gen Processor with GTX 780TI GPU I want to buy new CPU in next 2 to 3 months Refresh rate will be around 120 or above

Please suggest the best Ryzen build is Ryzen 9 3900x or Ryzen 7 3700x or wait for 4000 series also suggest best motherboards for the processors and best graphics card for the build

I know all CPU got hot but I search internet in which people says this issue highly rise in AMD processors. May be I heard wrong.

Does any one knows why does AMD processors got heatup or making noise, also confirm does this issue did any harm to processors? And also confirm does this issue rise in Ryzen processors?

Yes, you are right. But I match the specs of RTX 2070 super and RX5700 in which 2070 super is faster than 5700.
