My pc was prebuilt from store, and i bought it 6 years ago.. Who knows how old the psu was.. Thanks alot for explaining, will be going with Pure Power 11 400w unit then

lil bit confused. about efficiency please explain? If my old psu had 60-70% efficienty does tha mean 40-30% of power pulled of wall goes into "heat" aka i lose it? And modern psu that has 90%+ efficient i lose only 10% of power draw? So generally speaking, my system actually would be pulling only "250w" but because of old psu that had 60-70% it was over 350w? Meaning if i get "new good psu" i will lose less power in "heat" and such my system could be pulling only abouth "280w" instead of that "350w"? ???

same price 580 and 1060 6gs believe me i have checked all of them.. Psu is only problem atm for me Sorry don't know what model it was, aready in trash..

I was running oc amd fx 8130 and little oc gtx 660, idk why, but when i was testing power draw etc.. max it hit was 380ish while gaming normaly was 340. Maybe the old psu was at foult from the begining.. thats why im kinda scared to go for 400w

RX570 starts at 240$ at my contry 1050ti is 200$ and 1060 3gb starts at 270$ ye it was old psu that was rated for 700w.. i think it would be at rank 5 from the list.

i had gtx 660 that died with psu. Whole system drained 380w from wall And now im looking at gtx 1050ti or 1060, but i don't know what wattage psu sould i get..

Yes bought watt meter especially for that. While browsing net wathing videos it goes around 140w-170w Lets say with 1060 i will pull around 350ish from wall. Will 400w psu be safe? I also read that best efficiency goes around ~75% ussage. Or is that just lies..?

Isn't 400 to little? Me old rig with gpu that was 140 tdp was pulling 380ish watts from wall. While gaming..

Hello i need fast help choosing right psu. The thing is my psu/video card has died.. (sad story..) And im looking at msi gtx 1050ti or 1060 I have chosen "Be Quiet Pure Power 11" psu, But what wattage would be better for 1050ti and 1060? 1050ti 400w? 1060 500w? BTW cpu is amd fx 8130, 1 hdd, 8 gigs of ram.
