Everything looks good, EXCEPT the motherboard. The Z390 chipset is meant for K processors which you can overclock, yours isn't. So I'd say get a B360 motherboard instead so you don't waste quite a sum of money on the ability to overclock something you can't.

That looks good. I was gonna say to get the 2700x but I saw a benchmark that showed that the 9700k was in fact better, lol.

If you want to overclock that i5, you will need to get an Z390 motherboard which I'm not sure if you have since you didn't say. Apart from that everything should be fine except maybe the lack of storage because you only have a 500GB SSD.

A rusty paint job on the mesh would be cool but would prolly be hard and would end up chocking airflow. Do a cool paintjob.
