  1. You’ll never know if it’s right unless you keep it. Plus it would be sick to see that they predicted stuff from 20 years before.
  2. So in humanities we have to make a collage of stuff and I found this in a pc magazine article from Christmas of 2007. I found it interesting. I’m holding onto it until 2027 to see if this comes true.
  3. Christmas was successful :)

  4. Small update: yeah it’s still broken, but they fixed the screen turned sideways.

  5. Like someone turned the phone sideways on a presentation 😂

  6. In a convo with a friend on discord he mentioned that it’s better to do 2 sticks than 4 because it will stress the motherboard. I have never heard this before. The goal is to have 64 gb of ram in hopes of never needing ram. I don’t think 2 32gb kits is better than 4 16gb kits. Either way, does it really stress the motherboard?
  7. Ok but like which one?

  8. I used to own a CSGO server a while back. It was a small 20 person DM server that had night themed versions of existing maps. How possible is it to rig up an old office computer (4th gen i5 with a GTX 780, 8 gb ddr3 ram.) and turn it into a server? I saw the listing on eBay for a solid price and I want to know what I need to do to it to make it server fit.
  9. @SansVarnic this wasn’t a bait post, more something my friend sent me, so I copy-pasted it here because it’s off topic and lightly funny. No, it’s not meant to be offensive.
  10. Is it truly gay to kiss your homie goodnight. (seriously. I don’t know.) On one hand, the person doing the kissing and the homie are not in a sexual relationship, however it is still contact with the lips on a non-family member. This is 100% serious because this should be an international discussion.
  11. So I want to upgrade my RAM to the absolute max. Problem is I believe the fastest speed I can use is 2666. So I figured hey, might as well maximize my memory. I’m buying 64 gb. Is this a good idea? 12. Chrome books are light, but I’m not sure about the 2 pound weight limit.
  13. Getting an i7 8700 rather than an i5. I hope in 3-4 years it will still be a useful cpu.
  14. I’m lovin it

Oh wow, its one of those rare moments windows actually detected a HDD failure. Also props to them for still running W7.

  15. If you can find em, the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition is an awesome headset
