As it says, my friends mom turned her laptop off while an update had started and now it always goes to this Undoing changes screen and nothing happens. I've tried going into safe mode through hard power offs, to no avail, tried accessing safe mode through the command prompt in the USB installation media to no avail and spammed the shit out of Shift and/or F8 to no avail. I would just reinstall windows, but they don't want to lose their pictures or whatever, so is there anything I missed ? Also, I'm gonna try making a USB with a bootable OS in hopes that'll work. Edit: at first it seemed the bootable windows option was working, but then it crashed.

I just noticed, the shipping for the PSU also would take around a month, and I'm not exactly patient at this point

There are only the 4Gb Sapphire pulses here, and the seasonic only costs 5 more here so I think I'll go with this, but I'm guessing I dont have much room in the form of OC?

I'm in Europe, the baltic states to be precise, I haven't noticed the prices fluctuate all that much

So I'm finally building an almost new pc, I'll mostly be replacing everything, except I'll be using my old 500GB 5300 hdd and case until my budget increases a little bit. Anyways, I plan to buy: MSI B450M gaming plus Already have Ryzen 5 2600 and gonna buy 8GB stick of vengeance ram(1 stick cause again, I'll jsut buy the second one in like a month or two) And I was wondering what sort of PSU I can buy and save as much as possible, cause I doubt it'd be a good idea to use my old 500W PSU(which seems like a brandless generic one)

Ah I see ,though I didn't know AsRock was a good company ,I always thought stuff like Asus or gigabyte were better Can my almost 80 euro board be enough though..

Wha's that whole vrm cooling thing ? Oh and I actually mistook it the 90 euro board is AsRock b450 gaming and a 96 euro board is b450 pro4

it costs twnty euros less here ,but I did find both the boards you mentioned and they were marked at 90 and 87 euros respectively
