You don't need a separate CPU cooler. Use the stock one. You should switch to a RX 480/580 if it is cheaper. This isn't going to render all that well. If that's important to you go look at Ryzen 5. -
Does your motherboard have any codes on it to tell you whats wrong?

Vive comes with controllers. Rift doesn't.

You could go AOI and get a Kraken or go custom and go EK.
