PSU HELP

I’m upgrading to a 450m be3h motherboard and idk where to put the power sw reset se cables etc it doesn’t say on the manual or online from what I’ve seen

Even though its on the cooler not the cpu?

My cpu came with thermal paste on the bottom of the cooler i believe, can i use that or do I need thermal paste on the cpu?
