  1. And yeah this video hit hard for me too, I like the whole thing hes done since hes started, made me feel like normal human in more than 1 way due to how nerdy Iam about tech. Hang in there bud.
  2. Right back at you bud, I feel you. If only it was better for all of us. Least we have things to enjoy I guess.
  3. I tried on total recommendation and tbh its an absolute killer. I wasnt game to do liquid metal.
  4. No need, MX4 did fine. I apply it yearly and its great! Note I apply yearly because this is my everyday engineering machine
  5. Search Hotel Hero on youtube - Undervolt using throttlestop Channel will explain everything
  6. Go here: Do all guides https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNJwGUHxSJ8FKqAhnOqQuAw Repaste and she will be fine. I own one and run a undervolt and she goes real fine Factory paste is really bad thats all there is to it . I repasted and it made a world of difference
  7. IM using arctic mx4 and its fine. Repasted a year ago and did it again just today and its sweet
  8. Agreed, undervolt optimised and perhaps repasted! Dunno about HP ovens though, KEK
  9. Triton 500 2060 model seems to be the goods dude and its in your price range!
  10. Friend just bought one, we benched it; did higher than the 2070 max q however his Helios 500 with the 1070 outbenched it. this made about 15,000 on fire strike, and the helios 500 with the 1070 made roughly 17200
  11. Ok so here is a bit of a guide for you I own a laptop with similar specs but its an acer 7700hq can take a massive undervolt (I run -.129 on system cache and on cpu) also the 1060 can take a small undervolt also and perform better and cooler. I did this and repasted also (arctic silver MX4) and I dropped about 20 deg. Realistic max temps in game such as the division 2 I see about 60-68. Here are some links to get you started to a friends youtube channel just so you get the idea: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNJwGUHxSJ8FKqAhnOqQuAw Any dramas drop me a line or post here. Happy undervolting The repaste made the world of difference the stock acer paste was cancer beyond words
