well it's stuck at my house can i atleast buy something to give it a little boost

my dad gave me his old office computer(DELL OPTIPLEX 780 QUAD CORE) and i've always wanted my own pc i just didn't were to start do i upgrade it or save up for later, it only has stock graphic card and 230w psu.

i like them sexy back buttons

will my power supply be enough to minimum requirements of GPU ??

yeah, and i already have windows installer thank you very much your effort is very much appreciated and my budget increased coz i was able to get my paycheck and it's now $1000, i would also like my boot drive to be a ssd

gaming, programming and a few editing here and there (sorry for bad english) just to add i can add a few bucks to the $900 budget and i also need keyboard and monitor switching from my prehistoric laptop thanks answering

i'm not that good at switching out parts but can you post a gaming build that is within my $900 budget.
