anyone else?

So changed ram and hard drives in the pc, and still get this screen soon as the bar finishes loading for the windows install screen, the 1st one. Idk what the issue could be. I never had a pc do this before. It works fine in bios not sure what would make it flip that error screen when it loads. im not sure what those numbers mean and stuff

So i got this pc, when i start it up, bois and all that works fine, but when i go to install windows. It starts to load but gives me this error here. Any ideas?

thank you for the help so far guys. Im looking into both posted. Im not gonna pull the trigger and buy tell saturday. Im gonna spend the day going over diff things see what kind of deals i can find. Anyone else have any ideas? all help is welcome

1. Budget & Location 250-320$ usd ohio 2. Aim My aim for this pc is to be able to play path of exile with out fps issues, or slow loading times. Also some of the older games from the last few years. I would like to try some of the games i have missed in the last few years. 3. Monitors I have a 42 inch flat screen samsung tv, with hdmi. I also have a 21 inch monitor vga style. 4. Peripherals I have all this covered, i Have a 120gig ssd, and 2x 1tb hdd, From my old pc. Also i have a mouse and keyboard. 5. Why are you upgrading? I am disabled and in the process of getting my ssi/ssd. Here in usa, it can take a long time for this process. So money is very tight. My pc that i have had for the last 7 years ish stopped working a little over a month or so ago. So i have been doing some odd jobs for a local shop. And saved up around what my budget is. Im really not sure on what i should do. I dont really want to buy all the parts and have them shipped. Then have to put it together. Which i can, just that i am disabled and harder for me to go to the post office, and then carry all of items to my home. I was looking on newegg and ebay, there a few dell i7 with around 8-16gigs of ram for any where 150-300$ us dollars. But im not sure which i should get.I think i should get a gfx card as well to go with any pc i get. Maybe a cheaper one, 2gig older card. I really just want to play path of exile and not have to worry so much about fps/lag/loading times so much. Doesnt have to be the best. Just something to keep busy while i spend my time at home. Again i have a 120gig ssd and 2x 1tb hdd, also mouse/keyboard/wireless card/screen.Pretty much just need a tower. So any help would be awesome. I havent been in the gaming/pc world in a few years.So im kinda of out of it on whats worth getting. ill be spending a lot of my time at home now since becoming disabled. I need something to fill my time. Ty for any info/help
