  1. The RTX 2070 is just 1080ti V2 with RTX enabled, but not a bad choice.
  2. Nope, hardware failure. For you i'd suggest reseating your ram, trying new ram, a new PSU, making sure your connectors are in properly.
  3. Hmm, It sounds like I might've had this problem before, as my PC used to do this, and I replaced the PSU and it fixed itself, this could be something different for you.
  4. Possibly could be a Ryzen bottleneck, but it could also be other things.
  5. This could be a RAM issue, PSU, a whole multitude of things, any more info you can give us, like what you were doing at the time when your PC shuts down?
  6. Yeah that sucks man, if you want to check for yourself here's the link to the processor. https://ark.intel.com/products/75105/Intel-Core-i3-4005U-Processor-3M-Cache-1-70-GHz-
  7. I believe your problem could be that your memory isnt DDR3L, as it is listed on the Intel website that it only supports DDR3L.
  8. Do you know exactly what your motherboard is? And the memory clock on the new RAM?
  9. Could be the fact that your cpu may not support 8gb of ram, or you may have dead sticks of ram.
  10. Make sure everything is seated correctly, all of your ribbon cables are in good, or your RAM might not be compatible.
  11. You wouldn't see much improvement especially if you have a SSD already, as it only decreases loading times, and boot times.
  12. It's really good, but if your looking to do OC'ing you may need to delid, getting a better cooler, or custom loop. But the temps that you have are good, as Ryzen can normally handle higher temps.
  13. Make sure your cooler is dust free, and you may have to apply an undervolt especially if its turboing still, as this could cause easily higher temps, also consider upgrading your cooler.
  14. The i9-9900k isnt worth it unless your going to be doing heavy productivity, a good i7, or one of the ryzen 7 chips should do you very nicely, especially the X series for AMD, it cuts the cost of having to buy a cooler, but you will have to run at stock speed.
  15. Take the VGA connector out of the back of the graphics card.
  16. I would say try clearing your CMOS, taking the VGA connector out and plugging it back in. Or, you might have something that is dead, my best guess for this scenario would be your GPU.
  17. What motherboard do you have? You might need to just check the manual or do a good google search.
  18. An i5-8400 would be a good investment, just make sure your motherboard can handle it, and the i5 is a good budget chip, as it won't bottleneck your 1060 as much as your current chip.
  19. It'd be best to get a good PSU, and don't risk running something without proper connections, just probably bad for your hardware.
