i know i am recreating your list with some tweaks for example 16Gb of ram and maybe a worse monitor you did however make a big mistake the 1600 is 110 and the 3600 is 140 so with a £800 budget it works

I just took out the DVD drive and the SATA cable was unplugged

tried it already will not work

with the same error and it always happens after they are turned off

although I doubt it as it is 2 separate computers from the same brand malfunctioning
