Well if you have another computer you can try the card in do that, I'm going to say it's a faulty card somehow and you should RMA/return it.

You never know, its always worth a shot and have you uninstalled all the Nvidia drivers? That could be causing issue.

The lower the ASIC quality is, the higher the voltage leakage is, which in THEORY results in worse voltage response thus worse overclocks. AFAIK there is no REAL proof in it making it worse or better for overclocking just makes it more "Power efficient" due to less leakage if the ASIC score is higher

Thank you for the detailed reply ( not kidding ) and i understand what you mean. I bought The Devision 2 due to the fact i really liked the story behind the first one but sadly it just feels like a reskin and adds nothing new to be called " 2 " definitly not happy with that $60 purchase.

Agreed it got very stale after a few hours, but with all the new content added really seems promising.
