I did a clean install from HDD to SSD and the issues still persist. Check this video I made of how shadows look in GTA V (Max Settings). It never used to look like that, I also have crazy jaggies, lod issues and texture pops across all games. I have also tried different monitors, issue still here.

I know I'm going to sound crazy mate, but the same thing has also happened on my console (Xbox One), textures in games look jagged/poor quality. I honestly don't know what's going on.

I'm genuinely heartbroken. I've been sat here reading this thread for the past hour, page by page hoping that someone mentions a fix. I am experiencing 100% match up to all the issues you guys have. It just happened all of a sudden Windows 10, ASUS GTX 1060 3GB, FX8320
