I'm going to be going full overkill so getting a 2080ti with one of the new evga cards that can run a custom water loop is needed for cool temps for overclocking Clearly you can't see that I rarely stream, i'm going to be picking it up again and want to go overkill, your comments are not needed here

Hey guys i'm about to build a $22,000 gaming/streaming pc, do you think its worth to build 1 insane overkill pc or have 2 pcs, 1 for streaming and 1 for gaming?? The specs are always changing in this build, im currently waiting for the new socket type to come out.
