    Provided porn depicts two consenting adults, I really don't see what concern it is of the government. I'm sure there's some pretty weird stuff out there, but where there is demand, there will be a product.

    Then you block it on your end. Why does the rest of the country have to fork out to pay to have full access restricted unless we opt-out and end up on some list of "future pedos" rather than you (or any other parent with concerns about this) take the initiative and look at filters for your computer or router? It's not the government's responsibility to baby-sit your children, nor is it the ISPs'. And nor should any other adult need to be paying the baby-sitter fees for them to do it. 
    Bear in mind, this traffic monitoring will come at a cost, both financially to the end users, and to the speed of your connection.
