    there's a very high chance that it's failing, last thing u can try while u wait is to lower the memory clock (even lower than stock) and see if it goes away for now, still should RMA it.

    Those types of artifacts are usually an indication of 1 or 2 things, A: you have an OC that is to high and needs to be dialed back, or B: the Memory is failing and needs to be RMA'd
