    This guy was able o get about 260Mbps with pfsense on Intel 3865U, so I think It's possible and not a matter of hardware. I would be more interested in getting something like this or building parts since I am fan of open source.

    Hi, I would like to buy mini pc router/switch with pfsense software. I myself have 600Mbps ethernet connection but I would like to have switch, which can process at least 500mbps VPN speed for two pc's or more. Do you know any cheaper configuration with those small fanless boxes that I can find online?

    Yes, it's non-ionizing, like microwave : ) My goal is to have mobile internet on 3 laptops.

    Only one of my laptops have ethernet port. Windows 7, Windows 10, Linux

    Welcome! Can I point maybe my phone to some kind of internet switch which has usb ports instead of RJ45? But I didn't see those. And about systems: linux and windows...

    I know, that's why I am kind of looking for solutions. I need to use my phone as a wireless router and connect multiple laptops with usb cable (tethering)
