Sorry for not responding for so long. I use the default Windows Defender Firewall and I don't use any tuneup tools, nor ones that change system settings.

Hello! I had an Office update on the night of the 11th of May and since then, my computer no longer detects updates. It gives me an error message, which can be seen below. I have tried restarting the machine several times, and have run the troubleshooter at least 5 times, but none of these fixed the issue. What could I do to get updates?

Hello! So a week ago, I got an Office update through Windows Update. The computer restarted overnight and there was no problem... until the morning, when I decided to check for more updates. I clicked on the "Check for Updates" button and I noticed it was taking longer than usual for it to say if there were any updates or not. I minimized it did some other things while waiting for Windows Update to find updates. When I returned, I got a Windows Update error code (0x8024a105). This is the whole message I received: I tried searching for solutions and I got stuff in the likes of a simple restart, the troubleshooter, etc, but none of them helped. It sounds weird that it broke after an Office update. What could I do to fix this issue?

I have cleared the cache, but I didn't reinstall Firefox, I have all my logins in here and don't know some passwords to them. -

Ok, I will have a look at that. But I think it's weird how the homepage loads when I open up the Inspect Element tab in Chrome. -

YouTube Homepage not loading correctly

Yeah, it only happens for one Google Account, and logging in with another account on the same computer no such thing happens with the other account. -
Hello! My YouTube homepage stopped working yesterday from my main account from Firefox. I can access the rest of YouTube (History, Subscriptions, etc.), but the homepage is loading until it shows a black screen with the Recommended text and the side bar. Troubleshooting steps I've tried: I have tried switching accounts and signing in and out of it, didn't help. The homepage loads on the other accounts, but not on the main. I have tried clearing the watch history (A tip I saw somewhere in the YouTube forum), but that didn't fix it either. A weird thing I have found is that I can visit the homepage in Chrome, but only when I click Inspect Element. I have tried doing the same thing in Firefox, didn't help. I even tried switching the network to my phone's hotspot, but that didn't fix it either. I can open YouTube from the phone though. Could you guys help out?

I have a message in the action center by EFS UI, telling me to download my encryption key and certificate onto an external drive. However, I haven't manually encrypted anything. How can I know what it has encrypted and can I disable it without losing my data?

I recently bought a flash drive for the purpose of making it a bootable drive so that I can install Windows, but I got a huge deal because it was 32GB for almost nothing. Now, a Windows 10 ISO file is not that big, so it's gonna be a shame to use this drive for only installing Windows on it. How can I make the flash drive bootable and using it for storing data on it at the same time?

Hello! I am looking to buy a DSLR for plane spotting. It should be able to record good videos (30FPS minimum), and it shouldn't be more than 400 Euros (Appx. 448 USD) as I am tight on budget. Thanks in advance!

The glitch is the following: it says that there is no internet access, when there clearly is. I fixed it up by changing the IPv4 connection properties, and it works, but only on one network. Even using an Ethernet cable, it says there's no internet access. It happened a while ago when I installed a program, which shut off the network connection. I uninstalled it immediately after, but it still prevented me from accessing other networks.

I am experiencing trouble with connecting to the internet. It refuses to connect to all but 1 network, and that's my home's network. The WiFi adapter has custom IP and DNS server settings due to a glitch in Windows. Since then, it refuses to connect to networks other than my home network. Troubleshooting steps I've tried so far: Plugging a LAN cable into the PC Connecting to my Hotspot from my phone I don't know what else can I do that would help. Please, help me out.

YouTube playback quality is always changing.
AlexanderG replied to sdw123's topic in Programs, Apps and Websites
That sounds more like a network issue. Try and playback a video from YouTube on a dfferent browser (Google Chrome for example)
