well, the first problem i see is VRAM. I am on a 1050ti and use ONE 1080p monitor, and my typical vRAM usage (no games, office apps and browsers, chat apps etc) is about 0.5 to 1 gb. considering 4k has 4 times as many pixels as full hd, and that you're running not one but FOUR monitors, id say that you can, but you REALLY shouldn't. If you run outta vram, you'll soft crash which is hella annoying. When running Cities:Skylines, for instance my vram usage is pegged at 3.9gb, and if i open more than like 3 browser tabs, my screen goes black for like 20 seconds and the game crashes. TLDR: you really shouldnt try to run this setup on a 1050ti

ah, i didnt know abt the hinge issue. alright, i know its dumb to ask this now and not at first, but do i really need a dGPU for my electircal engineering course? RN i use programs like teams, the ms office suite, a handful of other programs and MATlab. MATlab is the biggest resource hog. So do i really need a dGPU?

well, as i said before, i cant get ryzen 5000 here. i need good processing power and some gpu. keep in mind that the gpu wont be pegged all the time, only some workloads will use it, and that too lightly

How about getting an air cooler instead of an aio (Noctua NHD15 is one of the best even if OCing)

why not a noctua nhd15 I say air coolers. Linus even made a vid where a beefy air cooler beat a much more expensive AIO by quite a bit

Can u check if fast boot is enabled in your mobos bios?

maybe its cuz your cpu's running at 4MHz when it should be hitting 4GHz
