Sorry to disapoint you but i have to tell, you are not God or have some kind of power to know everithing. If you don't know something it doesn't automaticaly make it satanic. Gamemax have their own site and there is something called YOUTUBE. I already said it 's good if you dont believe me go find out yourself or keep blind for a good deal you could make buying a gamemax PSU

They probably just don't import to your country, probably if you go on amazon you will find their water coolers or cases

It is a good PSU. Here in Brazil it is sold in almost every big hardware store such as Kaboom, pichau and Chipart. Also they sell a lot of those even for high end pcs

I have a gamemax PSU and it is good i game for Hours and even do some overclock

It is a brand or that randon gray ones? As you are overclocking i would recomend a 750W 80+ at least Bronze PSU. Gamemax is a good and usually cheap PSU.

Just add a 1 or 2 TB HDD because of your editing and games (even if you don't have that many games it will be good for the editing because for your own or clients temporary backup and also your stockfootage)

Have you tried using another pc or something else to see what happens? See if for wathever reason windows changed your native 1440 for upscaling

Tem algum ferro tocando o chão tipo uma mesa ou cadeira? Isso pode ser melhor que usar a fonte. Outra dica é se voce tiver um quintal perto pisar nele de tenis ou descalço para descarregar a estatica no solo. BLZ -
but you can go with ryzen as it will have better upgrade options

Pentium G4560. It will botleneck but, not that much as the ryzen 3 220g and de cost per frame is way better

Except if you plan on upgrading from 16gb of ram to 32gb i would recommend you to get 4x4 instead of 2x8 (streamer, editing or 3d render or Virtual machines=Yes, probably need 32gb. streame editing or 3d render or Virtual machinesr=no, don't need 32gb)

Get a 1060, if you can afford go for it. Even if you plan on playing at 60 fps it's not recommended to get a 1050ti, as some games can demand more than 4 GB and more power.

cpu usage isn't all, in some games the i5 doesn't show 100 or even 80% of usage, but if you get a i7 the FPS will be higher. The cpu have a limit of what can be done at once, so if you need to do 6 process and you have 4 cores even if the process is easy to do it will take sometime as non threaded cpu can do only one thing (per core) at once and because of that it will need to keep switching process what can make the process take more time and make the FPS go lower.

It only happens in this game or in others? Maybe a new update could have done it. Or probably your i5 is too old and is starting to fail.

1, maybe you overclocked in the wrong way, just make the numbers go up isn't going to make the performance better, theres a limit of what improves. 2, There is a command to improve FPS in CS:GO (i don't know the command as i don't play cs:go)
