Hi Guys i have a Gaming Laptop with this Specs : Asus Laptop FX553ve (My mother Board is GL553ve) CPU : i7 7700HQ 2.8 up to 3.8Ghz GPU : GTX 1050Ti 4GB , Driver Updated to 417.71 RAM :16GB 2400 DDR4 Memory : 2TB HDD+ 128 GB SSD Os : Windows 10 version 1703 , Latest Updated 15 January 2019 Monitor 60Hz Probelm: when I Play Games (COD WWII , Ring Of Elysium 2018 on Steam , PUBG , OutLast II , The Evil Within 2 , HellBlade :Senua's Sacrifice) I Have Good Framerate , Even Above 100 In some Games in Ultra Graphic Setting . But even in High FPS i Get Stutter and Micro Stutter with FPS Jump Down . For Example i have 80 FPS then It Jump To 65 and Boom , STUTTER Even in Old Games . I Tested LOW Setting Lowest Setting And it Happened Again I Don't Know Why ... I Changed Nvidia Control Panel , Optimized but Nothing . i CAPPED Framerate and Nothing Happened. I Tried Vsync and Nothing . I Capped Cpu Usage and nothing , Turned Off Turbo Boost and nothing , Turned Off HPET (High Precision Event Timer ) and Dynamic Tick and Nothing . My GPU Usage is Good , Temp is Good , Clock is OK , But About My CPU : Temperatures : 79-88 underload (It Throttles Down Clock ) And about CLOCK : I play Some games and i did some stress test on my CPU My CPU under load Has too many JUMPING UP & DOWN. It Jumps on 3.79Ghz (it means single core) Then jumps 3.1 and... I watched i7 7700HQ Some Tests and I Saw All of cores 0 ,1,2,3 Clocks are equal and boost 3.4Ghz Under Load . But My CPU Core Clocks are Not Equal !!!! one core run at 3.1Ghz , another 3.5 , another 2.9 ,.. i never saw what i saw in That Case Its amazing that all cpu cores boost and clock equal 3.4 Under Load . Another thing is that EVEN when core clocks Downgrade and go down , all Cores go down Equally if core 0 go from 3.4 to 3.2 then Core 1 & 2 & 3 Do it Exactly , Their Clocks are Still Equal . this is one problem BUT In My Case , in Games I See One Core goes to 3.7Ghz and other 3.1-2.7,... Whats The Problem!!! I dont know whyyy . Another Question About My Case is When One Cpu Core Clock goes to 3.7-3.8 Ghz it means its running Single core and other core are going to C-State Sleep and its Bad . why an smart cpu Force Cores to go to C-states sleep When its on UnderLoad(Full and Heavy) WHILE System Needs 4 cores to Handle that Heavy load . All core should be active that Moment (It means when 4 Cores are Active ,Multiplier is 34 and CPU Core Clocks should Run at 3.4Ghz) But In My case it Seems Some Cores go Sleep Underload !!!! whyyy? NOTICE that :My CPU Throttles (max temp under full load is 88 ) it Never goes above 88 but it Throttles. Plzzzz Answer Guys Plzzzz . warranty service called me and told one of my chipsets on mainboard dont work correctly with voltage and general performance, they want chang that chipset. thank you for your attention. its interesting that, my laptop work very good at high graphic games like FarCry 5 and Evil within 2 . in farcry 5 i set antialising to 16x and play without problem , but i have problem with more less graphic games like COD-WWII and Rules of survival and Fortnite it was for mainboard..

thank you so much i took my laptop to the warranty service my cpu temp when i'm playing games is : 75-84 Celsius degree and graphic temp is : 60-70 Celsius degree i have question about post into linus ,why nobody answered my question?? just 2 peoples ...

hi i bought a gaming laptop 2-month ago . my system config is i7-7700HQ , 16GB RAM , 1050ti -4GB-GDDR5 ,2T HDD+ 128ssd ,laptop type is ASUS FX553VE. in playing games like call of duty wwii i have 100 FPS but after 30-40second fps Drops Suddenly and it repeats randomly and it come to fps 10 and get a bad lag after it go to 100fps again i saw this problem in pubg and rules of survival . even in low graphic setting . in power options when i choose High Performance option with "maximum Processor state=100" it happens with fps Drop but when i set "maximum Processor State to 75 " it has no FPS Drop. i thought its for GPU_Bottleneck but i saw running these game on my laptop in youtube with processor state 100 without any problem . whats wrong ?

can i repost it to get some answers? should i write short sentences?
