Thank you all!! I installed malwarebytes and it took forever to install i dont know why but I scanned my computer(which did not take long at all and amazingly it detected like 15 threats!! I have quarantined them and restarted my computer and at the moment it seems to run fine. I will post an update on how it goes after some time if not then i will try the other suggestions Thank you once again

Hi!! My computer was working fine and suddenly there are many ads and pop ups in my browser and it is working considerably slower. Whenever I click something it sometimes re directs me to other pages. It is very weird because whenever I install something I always read very carefully what to install and what not to. I have never accepted anything I dont trust and I am completely surprised by this. Any ideas how to fix this? Windows defender thinks my computer is running absolutely fine. and I installed avast to be sure and it thinks the same. So how come the pop ups and re directs?

Hi!! I tried running other games I tried playing Batman and far cry 3 and the same thing happens.. its weird after the game boots up it looks like its frozen but it actually drops down to 1 FPS... I had a slight 4.2ghz overclock on my 4670k but i reset it to default settings and it still happens... I really have no clue why it drops to 1fps.. when i open the task manager to end the game it does not say not responding so it seems to be working fine... just frozen..

Hi! I just tried to play battlefield 4 and it does not start.. As I join any server it opens up the game but it just remains stuck at the loading scene and when i see the fps it remains stuck at 1 usually its 30( i use afterburner) The hard disk makes some weird noticed but then I have to open my task manager and end the game. I tried it with battlefield 4, hardline beta, nfs rivals and its always stuck and freezes the game.. my computer runs fine otherwise. Is it my hard disk? Its pretty old I have attached a picture of my hard disk summary i dont know what to do

i noticed too that restarting helps but it just feels my computer is soooo moody

hahaha i guess your right mr. shelock yeah but sometimes it actually lags my games when i try to play and i know its because of the ram because everything runs sooooo slow

yeah i do have 8 gigs and i noticed now after a few days that its very moody sometimes usage doesnt cross 30% and sometimes it boots up with 80% + usage im confused how did you go with ur reinstall?
