Now, if you're looking for exact matches, i.e. finding a specific image you know in advance within another image, OpenCV has you covered in spades and it's really not hard to implement. If you want something that can tell you if the image contains a cat, then things get complicated. I am trying to make simple computer vision/object recognition. My objects are cartoon like aka. simple and they don't move. I am just trying to make it if an object exists say it exits and if it doesn't say it doesn't. They are coming from an application so the object recognition would be running until I stop it. I would like to do it in C++ and my OS is Linux. I already know how to get the window info, geometry and how to pump it into C++ using Xlib.

i am using a beaffy CM 612s i thought it could candle that, i cant drop the voltage below 1,4 gets unstable, could its life been so decressed for running on 4,5Ghz on previous owner all auto?

I have an i5 2500k, with an Asus z68 mobo and cm 612s with 2 fans, with a 850w corsair psu

When auto clocked in the bios to 4.6 it can get into the high 90s (Celsius) with HWMonitor showing 1.411vcore,trying to do offset or fixed voltage can't get it stable on below 1.4v to run cooler(thermal paste is arctic mx4) 

Any help on better settings, guides or recommendations, would be appreciated.

my dad has a Lenovo E540, and he wants some faster storage...I wanted to place in there a m.2 ssd(specs: M.2 2242, 200-500gb,budget, also NVMe won't work, needs to be sata) but I can't seem to find a brand that i know...Only some chinese shit that will probably die in a week. Also would it be better to just remove the optical drive and replace it with a standard 2.5"  ssd?

In your Hyper-V Settings go to enhanced session mode policy and select the box that says allow enhanced session mode. Under user select use if available for enhanced session mode.

 

That should make consoles more workable for video.

 

Now with regards to why the session is disconnecting have a look in event viewer at what is going on and see if there are any errors reported in there. If you go Customer views -> Server Roles -> Hyper-V on the server you should get some info on the session disconnection. Also check on the machine you are connecting from for an event with something a little more details. Unfortunately the detail in those images isn't great to assess exactly what is causing it.

 

Based on what you said if I had to guess I'd say its something to do with the authentication but thats just a guess.

Hello I do video editing, code compileing, and after effects animation.Also i regularly run many Hyper V VMs, my question is what is better for that ryzen 5 3600 or 2 10 Core Xeons and some Generic mobo(either those Chinese ones or some basic SuperMicro)?

2. I thouth if I got the second option, would it be compatible with VMvare vCenter or is that just for "prebuilt" servers?

3. Would it be logical to install Proxmox on the dual 10 core machine and then pass a GPU to the Windows instance. Does every VM need a GPU?

3. a. Can i set it so that Windows instance can utilaze lets say 18cores but only under full load. Idle it splits it as i set it.(Also if unRAID is better for this please let me know)

4. Gaming isnt a big priority(I know that the Ryzen setup would be better)

I run autocad, photoshop and sketchup mainly, but also sometimes use other cad platforms. I use to have an EVG 80+ Bronze 600w ATX power supply but I started to max out the power usage  and the software started glitching and hanging up.  So I went ahead and bought the corsair power supply in the hope that it would resolve the very high power usage trends I was experiencing.  However it has not resolved the issues.  I  can't believe a 1000w power supply is not man enough to run autocad 2020 so what could be the issue?  Can someone help, even running malware bytes puts the power usage into the red is there an issue here I don't see?

Try to run antivirus, try in cmd sfc /scannow to fix windows corruption/error and use a hdd S.M.A.R.T. program to check your hdd, or ssd software from your ssd manufacutrer to check health. If everything is ok and none or your components are way to hot on idle the as last resort reinstall Windows 10, if that doesnt help there might be na hardware problem. btw do you maybe have an overclock? Are you using an SSD or HDD(how old are they). How old is the pc(used or new) Did you install Windows or did it come with the pc?

Also only 4gb of ram(probably in single channel(only one stick)) is low for many games 8gb or even 16 is a lot better...Althrough you might not see an fps boost in all of your games, but it will make the system a lot more responsive

I don't think there's any GPU support for USB (2.0) over the DP Aux channel. It looks like it's mostly used for EDID. You'd need to build an injector of some sort, and then an extractor on the other.

 

The most recent references I can find to anything approaching a product would be in 2010.

Hello i want to either design a usb hub with dp 1.2 aux standard (if someone can provide some resouces)  or can someone gove me a link to where i can buy such a device.Also i want it to be inline so I don't lose the a/v interface.

Best is to first see what you use the pc for more editing or more gaming...If more gaming R5 3600 would be the best bang for the buck, and for video editing/recording/streaming  i am not 100% sure but thr R7 3800x or the cheaper 3700x overclocked to match the R7 3800x.Next to upgrade i would recomend to go for a b450 motherboard instead of the b350 ( I would recommend the msi tomahawk b450) and getting faster ram like 3600mhz or cheaper 3200mhz with an overclock.

I have a PC which i would like to run Android as second os dont know which is most optimized, powerful etc...EMULATORS DONT WORK FOR ME (for the record) I want to play games on it so if there is like an app that turns my keyboard preswses into virtual keypresses for games that dont support keybd and mouse.
